Location is incorrect
Actually this photo was taken at the top of Rock Creek, Its much shorter than the mountain above Vernal, but it is steeper. The person on the left is Arnie Cooper, a friend that rode with me for a couple of summers.

This was taken at the top of the mountain north of Mountain Home. Try that on your bike sometime. Gary is on the right, ? on the left.
